4. Disclosure

This post will require completion of a Self-Declaration Form and membership of the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) scheme managed through Disclosure Scotland. Disclosure checks will only be requested for those applicants that we wish to appoint. All appointees will need PVG certification relating to this organisation which is arranged free-of-charge by the Listening Service through Volunteer Scotland.

Self-Declaration Form: In the event of you being invited for an interview we will ask you to complete and bring with you the Self-Declaration form below.
Disclosure Check: Please confirm that you understand and agree to a Standard Disclosure Check should we wish to appoint you to the role of volunteer listener.
